1980-2001 Perez-Steele Hall of Fame Postcard and Great Moments Complete Sets (7) with 244 Signed HOFer Cards

Offered is a group of seven separate Perez-Steele partially signed limited edition sets plus an unsigned Celebration boxed set. The Dick Perez and Frank Steele partnership began issuing limited edition original artwork postcards (all painted by Perez) in the early 1980s, and were perfect for autographs, coinciding with the boom of the autographed shows. These postcard sets proved to be extremely popular with collectors and were usually issued in series over time when more than subjects were added each year. The popularity and usually Hall of Fame players involved is why Perez Steele cards have survived a quarter century of issuance. This lot includes: 1) Three (iii) complete 1980-2001 Perez-Steele Hall of Fame Postcard Sets, series #'s 1058, 1059 and 1060. These sets were comprised of 260 cards, were limited to 10,000 full sets, and had the possibility of having 104 possible signatures. 2) Two (ii) complete 1984-1997 Perez-Steele Smashing Moments Hall of Fame Complete Sets, series #'due south 0364 and 0365. These sets were comprised of 108 cards, were limited to v,000 full sets, and had the possibility of having almost signed. 3) ONE (ane) complete 1987 Perez-Steele Hall of Fame Baseball Star Set up of 25 cards, signed past seven (7) of the 9 possible subjects. 4) One (1) 1989 Perez-Steele Commemoration Complete Un-Signed Gear up, in original presentation box. Highlights include: Joe DiMaggio, Mantle, Koufax, Ted Williams, Catfish Hunter and Hank Aaron. Checklist cards too present. Limited edition of five,000 sets were produced. All cards come in their respective boxes issued past Perez-Steele (SET #0364) with no mixed numbers. Highlights include: Curtain, Koufax, Ted Williams and Hank Aaron. 5) 1984-1997 Perez-Steele Smashing Moments Hall of Fame Complete Set with 30 signed (#0365) This near-consummate ready of Perez-Steele Hall of Fame postcards is comprised of 108 cards and features 30 autographed cards. Limited edition of five,000 sets were produced. All cards come in their respective boxes issued past Perez Steele (Fix #0365) with no mixed numbers. Highlights include: Mantle, Koufax, Ted Williams and Aaron. Even though in that location are only (30 of 108) signed cards, there is plenty of time to brainstorm accumulating the dozen or so cards all the same able to exist signed. 6) 1987 Perez-Steele Hall of Fame Baseball game Star Partially Signed Set up of 25 Measuring 7.25 x 4.25, this 25 cards Perez-Steele set up has been signed by seven (7) of its sectional members.
