Not every flight is about getting from betoken A to B. Some flights are almost the journey—or in this case, nearly the prototype. The pilot of D-EFHN took to the sky to draw a portrait of an plane. Signing the Art
The shipping, a Robin DR400/180 Régent, is privately owned and the airplane pilot decided to sign his or her proper name on the return journey later in the day.
The pilot returned to sign their art.
Here are the combined tracks from both flights showing the plane cartoon and the signature. Together the flights lasted almost two and a half hours, with the plane prototype taking about twoscore minutes to complete and the signature taking another 20 minutes.
